Dubai Airports marked Emirati Women’s Day by hosting a special edition of the Dubai Mallathon at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3. The celebratory walk brought together families, members of the public, and representatives from the Dubai Airports Women’s Network (DAWN) under the theme "Moving Forward. Emerging Together." The gathering honored the accomplishments of Emirati women in the aviation industry and across the nation, while highlighting DAWN's efforts to foster supportive professional networks.
First introduced by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in 2025, the wider wellness initiative promotes community connection and physical activity. By hosting the Mallathon throughout August, Dubai Airports established DXB's Terminal 3 as the first non-mall location for the program. The summer-long event provided an air-conditioned indoor walking space where airport personnel, oneDXB partners, People of Determination, and the general public could stay active and interact.
