Up to 6-month jail and SR100,000 fine for allowing employees to work for others
The Ministry of Interior has warned individual employers in Saudi Arabia of severe legal consequences, including a maximum six-month prison sentence and a fine of up to SR100,000, if they permit their employees to work for other parties or for personal benefit.
