Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior has warned that companies employing expatriates illegally will be penalized with fines of up to SR100,000.
The Ministry of Interior has issued a stern warning to companies and business establishments regarding the employment of unlawful labor. Under the current regulations, any business found employing expatriates illegally will be subject to strict penalties.
The Ministry of Interior: According to the official warning, the maximum financial penalty for establishments that hire these unauthorized workers can reach up to SR100,000.
Saudi Arabian authorities deported 12,363 violators of residency, border, and labor laws during a week-long joint security campaign. A total of 14,165 individuals were apprehended as part of the nationwide inspections, with thousands more undergoing legal processing.
