The fourth Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition has concluded with 994 property transactions worth AED699 million, according to the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
The four-day event attracted 15,671 visitors and brought together real estate companies, investors, developers, specialists and government entities.
The exhibition was organised by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department under the patronage of Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman.
Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the department, said the transaction volume and visitor turnout reflected investor interest in the emirate’s property market and the range of projects being offered.
The exhibition served as a direct meeting point for investors and developers, giving participants an opportunity to review projects and discuss trends affecting the sector.
Its programme went beyond property sales and included sessions on sustainability, technology, innovation, artificial intelligence, property technology, investment and real estate crisis management.
The inclusion of technology and AI reflects the growing role of digital platforms, data and automated services in property marketing, valuation, customer service and regulation.
Sustainability was another focus, reflecting the increasing importance of building efficiency, long-term operating costs and environmental performance in property development.
The headline AED699 million figure refers to transactions recorded during the exhibition period. It should not be treated as the total size of Ajman’s property market.
Likewise, the 15,671 visitor figure measures exhibition attendance rather than the number of investors who completed purchases.
Al Muhairi credited strategic partners, exhibitors and participating experts with contributing to the event’s results and said their involvement supports the competitiveness of Ajman’s real estate sector.
The exhibition provides a short-term indicator of market activity and buyer interest, but broader trends require longer-term data on sales values, transaction volumes, prices, supply and investment flows.
The next useful comparison will be how the exhibition’s transaction value and attendance compare with future editions and with wider real estate activity reported by Ajman’s regulator.
