Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, also sent a congratulatory message to the Nicaraguan Co-Presidents.
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, sent a similar message, according to the Emirates News Agency and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The messages were issued on 15 September, when Nicaragua marks its Independence Day.
